Powder coating of Aluminium extrusions and Galvanized Steel

Powder coatings are melted and cured into a smooth coating film in the bake oven - the spray process takes place inside a booth.

POWDER COATING
SAMPLE PANELS

We can provide coated sample panels within 72 hours and colour cards by first class post, free of charge. Contact us for a list of the colours available in stock.

CHEMICAL STRIPPING

We can provide an external service for the stripping of Aluminium previously coated. This is undertaken by a third party and takes ten working days.
